UFO ACADEMIA
For decades it has been taboo in academia to mention, let alone study, UFOs and extraterrestrial accounts, despite the overwhelming amount of evidence piled up over eight decades. The stigma around studying these subjects seriously has been, for decades and largely to this day, particularly harsh among mainstream academics – and yet very few have studied or researched these enigmas. Rather, they have violated central pillars of academia – one, to censor the study of a phenomenon (with all of its ramifications on science, philosophy, physics, government, and so on) that is omnipresent worldwide, and two, to reach a conclusion before doing the work. It calls into question the entire paradigm under which academia exists.
Nowadays, however, due to recent government admissions, whistleblowers’ testimony, and increasing public pressure for answers, things are slowly changing. More and more members of academia are breaking out of the stiff, elitist world of academia by defying the stigmas, casting off taboos and ridicule, and, yes, risking their academic reputations and careers, to investigate these puzzling, and real, phenomenons which have vexed mankind for centuries. Indeed, it’s time to grow up.
